See the README (*nix) or README.txt (Win) file for installation instructions. See the INSTALL file to install it as a server on a *nix platform.

DOWNLOAD THE CYBERABUSE WHOIS FOR *NIX
(tar -zxvf zcw.tar.gz && cd zcw && make install (as root))

DOWNLOAD THE CYBERABUSE WHOIS FOR WIN
(UNZIP and copy the files to C:\Program Files\zcw\ then read the README.txt)

The Windows GUI requires the .NET Framework to work.
